The Yucca Mountains in Nevada have long been contested for U. S. Government violations against the Indigenous Shoshone and Paiute tribes. This time its involving nuclear waste storage and runoff that is going into the environment.

Ian Zaparte, President of these tribes/lands said this was a direct violation and IS genocide under the U.N. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide
