Project Cars PS4 career mode gameplay. Round 2 of the Renault Clio Cup takes us to Snetterton in Norfolk. (This was to be my last race using the DS4 controller having now received and set up the Thrustmaster T300 RS wheel which has replaced my trusty DFGT used on the PS3).

We are greeted with rain for the start of this, the second race, but get a flying start and quickly pull a huge gap over the unusually sluggish AI drivers.

My engineer calls me in to pit very early in the race, and as I pull in, it is still raining. One quick tyre change (more wets) later and I return to the track only to find it has not only stopped raining but the track surface is almost completely dry.

Despite this disaster, I manage to last out the race on wet tyres with enough pace for a good finish although the fronts are almost destroyed by the time I get to the line. As you will see, it was a pretty lonely race and hard to believe anyone else was on track at times!
