This is part 6 of my Super Mario Sunshine gameplay walkthrough for the Nintendo Gamecube! In this part, we complete the first 4 episodes of Gelato Beach. The episodes in this video for the first half are:\r

Episode 1: Dune Bud Sand Castle Secret\r
Self-Explanatory. As shown in the preview of episode 1 of Gelato Beach, there is a Dune Bud you must water with the Spray Nozzle, in order to reveal the secret entrance of the Sand Castle. If you dont make it to the sand castle secret entrance on time, it will disintegrate. Dont worry about that, just repeat the process of spraying the same Dune Bud. Once inside the entrance, Shadow Mario will steal F.L.U.D.D. from Mario (dont worry we already know that). \r

Things are getting a bit difficult, as this time around, there are Sand Platforms. Make sure you dont stay on too long because they will regenerate before they respawn. Just make all the way to the Shine Sprite and youll be good to go! (Reminder: You can redo the secret entrance levels with F.L.U.D.D. on your back this time. There is a Red Coin switch that activates a timer to collect them within the time limit and earn a secret shine sprite.)\r

Episode 2: Mirror Madness! Tilt, Slam, Bam!\r
In this episode, in the preview, you see these enemies with Suction Cup feet on mirrors & Wiggler sleeping above the Sand Birds Egg. You must take out the enemies on sun mirrors, so that wiggler can get off the Egg. In order to do so, jump on there mirrors and spray water on the Plungelos to an end of the mirror, then go to the opposite side of the Plungelo(s) and ground-pound to send it/them flying. Once you complete one of the mirrors, it will reflect the sunlight on the egg, making the Sand Bird hatch quicker, and making Wiggler close to getting off the egg.\r

Episode 3: Wiggler Ahoy! Full Steam Ahead!\r
In this episode, in the preview, you see an angry Wiggler, stomping all over the beach, upset after Mario has disturbed his nap in the previous episode. In this boss battle, you must watch Wigglers pattern and spray a Dune Bud that he comes toward, so that an obstacle pops up and trips Wiggler, giving him minor wound. When this happens, while he is flipped over on his back, ground-pound where the arrow points, as he will squirm. All it takes is precise timing and he should be no problem. Once more thing, everytime youve hurt him, he switches his path and he moves even faster; be careful!\r

Episode 4: The Sand Bird is Born\r
In this episode, the Sand Bird has hatched and flew away to a secret place. In order to get to the Sand Bird, Mario must go up the hilltop, slide down the hill where you see some coins, jump onto the platform, and inside the hatched egg. You will have teleport to where the Sand Bird is and start collecting Red Coins. Only 7 red coins are on the Sand Bird, as the last Red Coin is on one of the towers. Be careful, as the Sand Bird at some point will maneuver sideways while flying. All it takes in this episode is precise timing and good control.\r
