An awesome video has emerged of a young girl dressed as a thunderstorm for Halloween.

The footage, shot in Los Angeles, USA on Tuesday, shows Zoey dressed as "Princess Cumulus", a costume her father built with "a blow up suit, digital LED strips and a programmed arduino," he explained online.

"This year's costume may be a bit impractical for actual trick-or-treating so she's going to go with her original plan of being wonder woman," he said.
