Former Republican Secretary of State Colin Powell announced Tuesday he will be voting for Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election. While speaking before the Long Island Association, a trade group that frequently hosts political figures, Powell touched on Donald Trump's lack of inexperience and negative interpretation of America. It's a distinct turnaround from previous comments he made towards Clinton in regards to the latter using him in her explanation of her use of a private email server.
