This is part 1 of my Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door Lets Play for the Nintendo Gamecube, played on Dolphin Emulator (for better quality, although there are downsides to playing on emulators, as there can be graphical problems and errors, which will eventually make me play on console, or continue on emulator, if there are no issues/issues fixed) and will include the ending/review of the game. In this part, we set of on another adventure in the second Paper Mario series, starting at a harbor, named Rogueport. Princess Peach has sent Mario a letter that also contains a treasure map, telling Mario to come to Rogueport. However, before we jump into the game, at the beginning, it is shown that Princess Peach has opened a mysterious treasure chest (which will only open to those with a pure heart (what a reference to next Super Paper Mario. xD)) and a light shines from it. As we make it to Rogueport, there is trouble already, as there is a female Goomba about to be an ambush by some goons. As she sees Mario, she runs behind him, and he ends up getting involved in the situation.\r
\r
As the Goons leader runs at Mario, we go into battle (similar to the original Paper Mario game on N64). Remember your ACTION COMMANDS! We defeat the leader in battle and head into the town. Toadsworth appears, and tells Mario & Co. the situation. Seems like the Princess is missing again.\r
\r
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is the second installment in the Paper Mario series, with the first being Paper Mario. It was released for the Nintendo GameCube in 2004.\r
\r
The plot of the game revolves around Mario, who embarks on a mission to collect the seven Crystal Stars in order to open the Thousand-Year Door.\r
