Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is walking back her "dumb and disrespectful" comment on the national anthem protests by San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and other athletes. Ginsburg said in a statement. Ginsburg originally said the athletes have the right to protest "if they want to be stupid."
