A video is getting viral on social media in which the NSUI, student wing of the Congress Party, has burnt an effigy of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, projecting him as Ravan, inside the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) campus.

The incident took place on the occasion Dussehra. Anil Meena who claimed to has uploaded the video said, “The video is from inside JNU and we all were present at the time of the incident.”

“In democracy everyone has the right to protest”, he said and added the during the time of Congress, BJP also used to burnt many effigies.
