Shocking footage has emerged from China of an alleged drunk driver crashing his lorry into at least 17 other vehicles.

The video, captured on CCTV cameras in Shanghai on Monday, shows the truck smashing into cars in a residential area.

The driver was initially stopped by security, but then he rushed off again causing more damage.

He was later arrested by police.
