My 2nd attempt to to fully recreate Central Plaza from PS Home (which is based on). This time, from scratch instead of exporting. (This isn't really an remaster at all!) This will ultilizing LBP3's additional 16 layers in order to fully complete my vision. Also, this is more of an test.
