You need
1 pound of Lo Mein Noodle
Cut the noodles in half for cooked well
Cook them in water for 4 to 5 minutes
You can add some oil for separating the noodles
White onions
minced garlic 1 tablespoon
minced ginger 1 tablespoon
green onion
Cut into small pieces
Celery
Cut into small pieces
Cabbage
Slice the cabbage
Bamboo shoots
Bok Choy
beans sprouts
Carrots
Slice them
For sauce you need
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 to 2 tablespoon of mushroom flavor
pinch white pepper
¼ tablespoon of sesame oil
Add all of them to get the sauce
Oil for wok
It's time to make the chines cuisine
Add a cup of oil into a pan, Chopped white onion, Minced garlic, and ginger.
