TMZ reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reached a temporary custody agreement, with recommendations by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.
According to TMZ’s sources, the three-week agreement gives Angelina full physical custody of the couple’s six children, which she requested in her original divorce petition earlier this month.
Brad will have visitation, though the first will happen with a therapist who will decide whether or not subsequent visits can be unsupervised.
TMZ also reported that Brad will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
At the end of the three-week period, the DCFS could make new recommendations or refer the case to court.
