UP State Energy Minister Yasir Shah was in Kanpur Today to discuss with city officials about power crisis in Kanpur. After meeting he talked to the media and said, directions are given to Kesco officials to reduce line losses and electricity theft, so that Kanpurites may get electricity for 24 hours.
