Typhoon Megi might have lashed Taiwan with torrential rains and heavy wind gusts on September 27, but a trio of visiting Swedish brothers decided to make the most of the situation by showing off “things you can still do on Typhoon Megi in Taipei. (sic)”
This clip shows the brothers setting up a chair, drinking coffee, trying to light a cigarette and reading the paper in the stormy weather, with limited success.
Typhoon Megi is the third typhoon, after Typhoon Meranti and Typhoon Malakas, to hit Taiwan in September. It caused at least four deaths and more than 500 injuries, Taiwan’s Central News Agency reported, before moving northwest to hit mainland China’s Fujian province. Credit: Aivaras Lukosius
