September 25, 2016 – A man believed to have opened fire at a shopping center in Washington state killing five people, has been captured a day after the attack, authorities have said.
Sergeant Mark Francis of Washington State Patrol named the suspect as Arcan Cetin, 20, of Oak Harbour, Washington.
