WZ Satu Bhd has decided not to go ahead with the proposed RM368 million acquisition of Silk Highway. France’s PSA Group is reportedly responding to a partnership proposal by Proton Holdings Bhd. And the government is looking to impose more rules to protect borrowers from non-licensed lenders. Charlotte Chong has more.
