The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Washington Wizards 107-101. Mavericks guard O.J. Mayo scored a game-high 25 points with four assists in 38 minutes. It marked his sixth 20-point effort in his last seven games. He led Dallas in scoring for the sixth time this season. Mavericks center Chris Kaman made his second start of the season and scored a season-high 23 points with eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block and Mavericks forward Elton Brand recorded his first double-double of the season with a season-high 11 points and a season-high 12 rebounds.
