Adorable footage of two orphaned kittens being rescued from what appears to be a tree "nest" after their mother disappeared.

The video, filmed in California, USA on September 12, shows the Specialized Mobile Animal Rescue Team using a telescopic ladder to reach the little kittens so they could be taken into foster care.

According to the filmer, the mother had not been seen for two days so the rescue became necessary.
