NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio was reluctant to call the Chelsea bombing over the weekend an act of terror, but he reversed course Monday. We have every reason to believe this was an act of terror. Bombing suspect Ahmad Khan Rahami, who was directly linked to both the bombing in Chelsea that injured 29 and one in New Jersey, was wounded and in surgery after a shootout with police in Linden.
