Dozens of protesters gathered around the Russian embassy in Kyiv on Sunday, where a polling station for Russia’s parliamentary elections was set up. They blocked the entrance to the embassy in an effort to prevent Russians from voting. At least one demonstrator was detained in a scuffle with police.
