Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a scooter rider narrowly escaping being killed by a lorry at a junction.

The video, filmed in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province last Sunday, shows the woman crossing the road on her scooter, when a lorry certainly speeds into the frame, clipping the scooter milliseconds after the woman has climbed off the vehicle.

Fortunately, no one was injured and the scooter was only slightly damaged.
