In todays time where efforts are made to accept transgenders and obviously racism is thought to be long eradicated a shocking revelation has come out of leaked Sony emails. There is an agreement made between SOny and Marvel regarding Spider-Man's character. Spider-Man must be a white heterosexual according to published emails. There are is also a brief list like Does not absuse alcohol, does not smoke, does not sell illegal drugs, does not use foul language and does not have sex before the age of 16. Apparently The contract between Marvel and Sony began in September 2011, just months after a black-Latino Spider-Man was first introduced to the comic book world.
