Justin Beiber surprised two of his fans on Ryan Seacrest‘s Knock Knock Live show, where a live camera crew suprises unsuspecting American families and also gives them a chance to win a huge amt of money. Justin shows up to a church in California to meet a family whose son Noah has Down Syndrome. After the emotional surprise Justin says he would like to see Noah rap with his father and Justin quoted 'For me being able to just witness that, it almost brought tears to my eyes. Justin also hands out a gift to the dad, to know abt the gift u need to check out the show. Well Justin was then off to pick up one of his young fan, Ashley who is dressed in a pink gown, the surprised teenager is shocked when Justin reveals he is throwing her a Quinceanera, which is a special celebration of a young woman's 15th birthday in Latin American culture.
