Justin Beiber Performs 'Where Are You Now' Shirtless

What a way to end the Billboard H0t 100 festival with Justin Beiber not only singing his latest hit 'Where Are Ü Now’ but also giving a rocking performance Shirtless. Now thats definitely a way to wrap up a music festival. Although he did face some audio problems, he did drive his fans crazy with his Skateboard tricks and with his songs like “Boyfriend” and “As Long As You Love Me. He then threw in some accoustic songs and just when it was time to end the show he hit the crowd with his new song Where are you now and stripped off his shirt and bared his tatooed physique. And let me inform u regarding his song “What Do You Mean?” Even though the song isn’t even here yet, according to Billboard the upcoming track came in at No. 4 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks on Aug. 15. its super impressive that his song hasn’t been released and it has topped the social chart!
