After Lamar Odom's hospitalisation and landing himself in coma with drug overdose, Scott Disick has got a wake up call and is getting some help for himself. It is confirmed that Kourtney Kardashian's ex, Scott Disick has entered rehab. He has been struggling with drug and alcohol abuse for a long time and As per sources Scott is taking this decision very seriously and currently he has no work commitments or appearances. This will be the fourth time Scott Disick has entered rehab. Well Back in November Scott himself spoke about his alcohol and drug-related health issues that was documented on Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons. where he quoted "I've pretty much become a broken record and I'm sick of hearing myself."
