Sir Nicholas Winton, who save 669 children destined for Nazi concentration camps, died in 2015 at 106 years old. He never even told his wife what he'd done. This is what a real hero looks like.

TIL of Sir Nicholas Winston who set up the "Kindertransport" to save 669 from Nazis death camps in 1939 and then met a few of them on a TV show in 1998.

The world needs more people like Nicholas Winton. He should get the Nobel peace award. This makes me cry every time I watch this. What a dear and brave man he is. It said he save 669 lives, well if you consider the children and grandchildren from these lucky survivors it would be in the thousands. God Bless all of them and Nicholas Winton.
