Here we are with some more RIDE World Tour action at the Road America circuit, racing in the modern supersports series on a modified Honda CBR600RR.

This was a really fun race and that damned Liam Smith on his Suzuki took some beating - I had to restart several times following last lap crashes and first corner mishaps. What a fantastic track though, really satisfying when you get certain parts right, and full of little surprises for the unwary.

The difference between this part of the World Tour format and the early races is very apparent and the challenge definitely kicks up a notch for the first time. My first attempt at this race on a stock CBR600RR proved it to be hopelessly underpowered and left me eating the entire field's exhaust fumes as they left me for dead on the straights.

Game settings - all assists off apart from auto rider tuck and TCS on lowest setting. AI difficulty amateur and physics semi-pro.
