Pretham, the recently released horror comedy is running successfully at the releasing centres all over India. The movie marked the third collaboration of the popular actor-director duo, Jayasurya and Ranjith Sankar. According to the trade analysts, Pretham has made a gross collection of 5.30 Crores from its first week run at the Kerala box office. Thus, the movie has emerged as the biggest solo hit in Jayasurya's career.
