For the second straight year, Steelers' running back Le'Veon Bell has seen a suspension reduced before the regular season. Originally a four-game suspension, the Pro Bowler will now only miss three games, the league announced Friday. Bell missed several drug tests, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport previously reported.
