A huge storm cloud rolled into Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday, August 9, while central Arizona was affected by Tropical Depression Javier. The monsoon season brought a dust storm along with heavy rain and flooding to the area. Roads were flooded and around 2,000 people were without power, according to Phoenix-based 12 News.
