• After they get ambushed by the feds, follow Phil Bell and prevent him from being busted by the cops.
• After abandoning the vehicles, take out any cops that get in your way and follow Phil and Frankie.
• Lose the cops and take Frankie and Phil Bell to safe house on Lemhi Street in Westdyke.
