• Go to the hospital across the street from Pegorino’s house.
• Enter the hospital without any weapon drawn.
• Head to the ER and silence Anthony.
• Turning off the life support machine can help kill Anthony and give you enough time to clear the area before the police starts chasing you down.
• After Anthony is killed, lose the cops to complete the mission.
