Lucknow, Aug 04 (ANI): Expressing grief over the Bulandshahar gangrape incident, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday said that the accused will be behind the bars soon. He added that if needed he would request to constitute a fast track court for the same.
