Raipur, July 30 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh flagged off a truck carrying ‘Rakhis’ made by the school students in Raipur for army personnel. Singh said the sending of the sibling thread is an expression of the sentiment of of schoolchildren. On Rakshabandhan, sisters tie a ‘Rakhi’ on her brother's wrist. This symbolises the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.
