This underwater treasure in Fallout 4 can be found near The Castle. The hidden treasure is located underwater and it helps to have the breathe under water perk unlocked.

Location: The Castle

INFO: (Make sure you have the perk that lets you breathe under water or you won't make it there. It's called Aquaboy and can be found in the endurance perk section)

Make your way to "The Castle" on the right side of the map. This location can also be turned into a settlement and has lights and other goodies already installed.

But back to the hidden treasure, go behind the walls to the waterside and pick up the secret message in a bottle.

This treasure is actually fairly easy to pick up. Simply follow the waypoint and don't start diving until you are at the stick peaking out of the water. You can find the secret treasure directly underneath in the wrecked ship.
