Baby boy Jordan Blair couldn’t help giggling when he heard his mother’s voice and the sound of a rattle for the first time on July 21. Jordan had his hearing aids fitted after failing two newborn hearing assessments, and suffering bronchiolitis at three weeks old, which caused a fluid build-up in his ears.
