Here is an amazing fried rice recipe by food in 5 minutes. This chicken rice recipe is really so yummy and you will surely enjoy the tandoori and desi taste of this special fried rice.
For Chicken Marination:
Ginger Powder 1 Tea Spoon
Garlic Powder 1 Tea Spoon
1 Table Oil
1 Packet National Tandoori Masala
For Rice:
6 Table Spoon Oil
2 Medium Size Onion
1 table spoon ginger/garlic paste
Now add the marinated chicken.
1 Tea Spoon Zeera Powder/white cumin seeds
Half Tea Spoon Black Pepper
Half Tea Spoon Garam Masala
1 Tea Spoon Chinese salt
Add 1 glass water and cook the chicken
Add 2 Tea Spoon Salt
When Chicken is cooked add 4 glass of water and 2 glass rice and give it a Dum for 20-25 minutes.
Now Your Rice is ready enjoy!
