Kashmir, July 12: Human rights activists and Kashmiri leaders have come down heavily on separatist leaders for fanning trouble in Jammu and Kashmir. They have accused separatist leaders of inciting violence following the death of Burhan Wani, a 22-year old commander of Hizbul Mujahideen, a banned militant outfit.
