Shocking video, from China, of severe floods stopping traffic in a city following a 'relentless rainstorm'.

The footage, captured in Wuhan, Hubei Province on Wednesday, shows floodwater flowing through an underground station, streets and houses.

The weekly rainfall total has already exceeded the maximum since records began in province.
