Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Boiled Yellow corns
- 6 Sliced baby corns
- 12 Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of Tomato Puree
- 1/4 tsp of Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 1/2 cup Boiled Rice
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pepper corn
- 2 tbsp ghee
- fried onions

Method
- In a pan heat some oil cook the onions add ginger and garlic paste to it.

- Add Boiled Yellow corns,Sliced baby corns,Mushrooms,Tomato Puree,Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garam masala, Coriander leaves and Salt

- Cook for five minutes then add some cream

- Boil the rice and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and pepper corn and salt and drain it

- Layer the baking dish with vegetables,and rice sprinkle ghee on top, fried onions

- Cover it with aluminum foil and keep it in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes

- Corn Pulav is ready to be served!
