All 3 of these paint jobs can be found in the Northwest part of the map. Yellow Wave is located at a gas station, close to a volatile area. Look for a mass amount of cars and your in the right location. Winter Camo can be found in a bunker behind a white house on top of a shelf. Mother is found during the main storyline, its a special shrine just down the steps.
