When this man saw a dog left inside a car on a hot 90 degree day, he and a few others quickly took action to rescue it. With new laws in place, he threw a rock at the window to let the sweating pup out for some fresh air. Witnesses applauding when they saw the dog happily wagging its tail and it wasn't until an hour after the rescue that the owners showed up!
