Cost: 200
Effect: Increases credit gains by 10%

The Counseling Perk in the Medical Wing Perk tree can be bought very early on in the game and is one of the best starter perks for me.

The earlier you get this the better. It is an active perk and will add 10% to every credit you earn in the game, which you will need for all vendors. It's a great way to give you a boost in the beginning and during your story progress when you get big credit rewards.
