Mr. LoNigro, as a happy client, I just wanted to take moment and tell how lucky we are as clients and you are to have Yana on your staff.

In the last week or so she has gone above and beyond duty solving some problems for us with our insurance carrier.

I don't know why dealing with insurance companies has to be so confusing and frustrating.................thank goodness for Yana!
