Chris Brown, 28, can’t seem to catch a break. Now, the “Royalty” singer is being accused of stealing a hat from a fan during his concert in Dallas, last year! It’s been a long time, but the fan isn’t over it quite yet, and has filed an official lawsuit, asking for over $2,000 for his troubles! Ouch!
