Gurgaon, May 22 (ANI): Pointing out the schemes, institutions and scholarships named after the Nehru-Gandhi family, Chairman of Prasar Bharati and journalist A. Surya Prakash said the contributions of great teachers, freedom fighters, scientists, engineers and doctors, besides many others have been ignored for long by the UPA regime. He added that this must be corrected immediately because it hits essence of a democratic system. Prakash further mentioned nearly all schemes that have been named after the Nehru-Gandhi family from the day India attained freedom. Prakash is the author of a book called ‘All in name of Nehru-Gandhi family’, in which he has critically examined the naming of every government schemes after one family.
