New Delhi, May 21 (ANI): Speaking at an event which was organised on Rajiv Gandhi's death anniversary Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday said that Rajiv Gandhi had introduced computers in the country and helped in the development of the country. She also said that because of him people were allowed to vote at age of 18 to strengthen the democracy of the country.
