London, May 21: Mismanagement and conflicts during Gurudwara elections and selection process has become a matter of concern for UK Sikhs. The videos of community members picking up fights have been going viral on social networking websites and television channels. The main cause of such mismanagement is attributed to people’s interference in working of the Gurudwaras. History is a witness to many instances when minor disputes during elections to the Gurudwaras have led to violence.
