Dehradun, May 21 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat on Saturday visited injured BJP MP Tarun Vijay at the hospital, who was attacked by a mob after he visited a temple in Chakrata yesterday along with a Dalit leader and assured that strict action will be taken in the matter, adding that nobody whatsoever can be stopped from going to a temple as God belongs to all. He also met the eye witness and promised him to take some action regarding the incident. Condemning the attack, Harish Rawat ordered Garhwal Commissioner to look into the incident. Vijay on Friday was attacked by a mob and his car vandalised apparently for visiting Silgur Devta temple where entrance of persons belonging to backward castes is prohibited.
