★ HOW TO GET IT
After you've finished the new storyline, which you will know very clearly when you're there, you will be able to explore a new building. Once you're there, follow the hallway to the left and you will find a new schematic that you can use in all your settlements.

★ SETTLEMENT BONUSES
It's a searchlight that boost up your settlement protection by 2 points and requires 1 units of electricity. You can find it in the defense section under turrets.

Make sure you wire it up with connectors or switches and you're good to go.
